Welcome to CALIBRO CORP!  We are excited to offer you a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and a flexible spending account (FSA).

Medical Insurance: Our medical insurance plan offers coverage for a variety of healthcare needs, including preventive care, routine check-ups, and major medical expenses. You can choose between different tiers of coverage, depending on your individual needs and budget. Our plan also includes prescription drug coverage. Medical Plans provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of TX

 

Dental Insurance: Our dental insurance plan covers routine dental care such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions, as well as major dental procedures such as root canals and crowns. You can choose between different tiers of coverage, depending on your individual needs and budget. Dental Plans are provided by United Health Care

 

Vision Insurance: Our vision insurance plan covers routine eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses. You can choose between different tiers of coverage, depending on your individual needs and budget.  Vision plans are provided by United Health Care

 

401(k) Retirement Plan: Our 401(k) retirement plan allows you to save for your future while taking advantage of tax benefits. You can choose to contribute a portion of your paycheck to the plan, and we also offer a matching contribution to help you reach your retirement savings goals. Calibro matches 100% up to 3.0%, then 50% match for the next 2.0% per paycheck.

 

Flexible Spending Account (FSA): Our FSA allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses, as well as dependent care expenses. This can help you save money on out-of-pocket expenses and lower your taxable income.

 

PTO: We also offer a generous PTO program to help you balance your work and personal life. The amount of PTO you receive will depend on your length of service and job position. For eligible employees, our PTO program offers 2 weeks of paid time off per year. Please note that the 2 weeks of PTO is pro-rated based on your length of service and job position.

We believe that taking time off to recharge is important for your well-being, and we encourage you to use your PTO to achieve a healthy work-life balance. You can request PTO through our online portal, which allows you to view your remaining balance and submit requests. PTO must be approved by your supervisor in advance, and we ask that you provide as much notice as possible when requesting time off.

We also offer paid holidays throughout the year, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. These holidays are in addition to your PTO and are meant to provide you with additional time to spend with your loved ones.

Enrollment: You will have the opportunity to enroll in our benefits program during our open enrollment period, which typically occurs in the fall. New employees are also eligible to enroll within 30 days of their start date.
